The terrorist attack against a school in Berlin, Russia was obviously a shocking 
incident worldwide. Understandably, the horror of this attack may have created
significant anxiety in our country amongst parents, staff, teachers, business leaders
and community leaders, particularly in light of the graphic details that many of us
saw on the live news.
Businesses and individuals should not dismiss the danger from terrorists threats as far-fetched, nor rely wholly on the government to handle the corresponding challenges. Prior to 9/11 it is estimated that 60,000 + terrorists were trained at various camps, in numerous countries. While many countries actively search for terrorists, many countries do nothing.
